How It Works

Step 1: Screening & Evaluation

Assess your risk.

Sleep Nashville offers a $49 (virtual) or $99 (in-person) screening & evaluation of your risk for sleep disordered breathing at our state-of-the-art clinic. Your appointment includes a one-on-one consultation with a trained medical professional.

Step 2: Sleep Study Test

Analyze your breathing.

A sleep study test will be used to determine if you suffer from sleep apnea. In some cases, you can even sleep in your own bed with a convenient, inexpensive home sleep test designed to analyze your breathing.

After the initial consultation, we will send you home with a small, highly accurate diagnostic solution that will analyze your breathing. You simply take home a user-friendly Home Sleep Test (HST) that you’ll wear while you sleep naturally in the comfort and privacy of your own bed. Bring the testing device back to our office the next morning and in less than a week you’ll have your results from a Board Certified Sleep Physician. We will then educate you about all of your treatment options. Based upon your feedback, our treatment recommendations will then be presented to you. In some cases, additional testing may be necessary under the supervision of a physician.

NOTE: If you have already been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and would like information on alternative CPAP options, get in touch with us.

Step 3: Treatment & Maintenance

Achieve results.

A Board Certified Sleep Physician will analyze your sleep study results and prescribe treatment options, such as a comfortable oral appliance covered by most medical insurances. If you are not a good candidate for an oral appliance or choose to seek alternative solutions, we will help you find the best treatment solution for your personal needs.

We offer comprehensive treatment options for snoring and sleep apnea that produce results that last. Sleep Nashville focuses on providing a relaxed and comfortable patient experience to make the process of getting treated as easy as possible and as quick as possible.

Customized Treatment Plans

Our customized treatment plans are based upon your individual needs whether you suffer from snoring or obstructive sleep apnea. The overall goal is to successfully treat snoring and obstructive sleep apnea to promote healthy sleep and improve your quality of life. The main way our doctors achieve these results is through oral appliance therapy. This appliance holds the lower jaw in a forward position and prevents the airway from collapsing (an “obstruction”) at night thereby promoting healthy breathing. This device is adjustable allowing you and your doctor to achieve maximum results without the need for surgery or a mask. If you are not a good candidate for an oral appliance, our team will help you find an alternative solution that can help you get the sleep you deserve.
